Steps of Hope would like to advise that the Raffle competition for the Mercedes A180 Hatch (Authority Number GOCAU/2386) has been cancelled. Despite your generous contributions through ticket purchases, we were unable to reach the required funding amount to support our cause effectively. We thank everyone who has purchased raffle tickets to support Steps of Hope. The following options are available to all ticketholders who have purchased tickets:

We will make every effort to contact ticketholders to organise a refund of the ticket price. We will use the contact details provided when purchasing raffle tickets to contact ticketholders. If you wish to contact us to arrange a refund of your ticket price, please email us at help@sohope.org.au.

After receiving the bank details from the ticket holder, as well as any proof of purchase of tickets as required by us, we will process the refund within a period of 90 days. If we have been unable to contact you and we have not heard from you by 30 September 2023, you will be deemed to have forfeited your right to a refund and Steps of Hope will retain the ticket price.

This can be treated as a donation, and ticketholders can contact us via email to request a gift receipt to claim a tax deduction.
