Nemer belongs to a big family.  Subject to bullet shot which entered from his right shoulder and exit from left chest has lost feeling in his upper chest.  He is unemployed and relies on his siblings to survive; 3 of them are sharing the house with him.

Addition to his injury, he suffers from very sore legs knee level and ankle levels. Lives in rented place against very low fees.
